Terms & Conditions of Service

By booking an appointment with Sanctuary Mountain Wellness, you agree to the following terms:
 

Booking & Payment

• Appointments are booked online through Acuity Scheduling.

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

• The remaining balance is due at the time of service and may be paid via card reader.

• Tips are optional and welcomed.
   

Mobile Service

• Services are provided within a 50-mile radius of Pocatello, Idaho.

• Clients must provide a clean, safe, and quiet space for the massage table and session.

• Pets must be kept out of the massage area during the session.
   

Health Intake & Disclosure

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to the session. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may result in the session being modified or declined.
 

Professional Boundaries & Conduct

All services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Inappropriate behavior, requests, or comments will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required.
 

Right to Refuse or End Service

Sanctuary Mountain Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if safety, comfort, or professional boundaries are compromised.
