REFUND, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward the total session cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full remaining balance of the session.

Emergencies

Sanctuary Mountain Wellness understands that emergencies can occur. Emergency-related refunds or rescheduling accommodations are considered on a case-by-case basis at the therapist’s discretion, depending on the circumstances and timing of the appointment.

Illness Policy

Clients experiencing fever, flu-like symptoms, or contagious illness should reschedule their appointment. If illness is identified upon arrival, the session may be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy and the full amount will be charged.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed based on policy compliance and individual circumstances.
