I bring everything needed for your session — table, linens, and supplies — and create a quiet, restorative experience in your space. Appointments are limited each day to allow adequate travel time and unrushed care, so every session feels focused, respectful, and supportive.

Massage Services

All massage sessions are provided as a mobile service and are customized to your individual needs. Session lengths are available in 60, 75, and 90 minutes, depending on the service selected.

Therapeutic / Deep Tissue Massage
Focused, results-oriented bodywork designed to address areas of chronic tension, muscular discomfort, and restricted movement. Pressure and techniques are adjusted throughout the session to support relief while respecting your body’s limits.

Swedish / Relaxation Massage
A calming, full-body massage using flowing techniques to promote relaxation, ease stress, and support overall well-being. This session is ideal for those looking to unwind, reset, and enjoy a gentler, soothing experience.

​

Prenatal Massage (60 minutes)
A gentle, supportive massage designed specifically for pregnancy, focused on comfort, relaxation, and relief from common areas of tension. Sessions are adapted for safety and positioning, with an emphasis on nurturing care for both parent and baby.

Enhancements & Add-Ons

                                               (Available with select massage services)

Enhancements can be added to your massage session to support deeper relaxation or targeted relief. These options are optional and can be selected or discussed prior to your appointment.

Hot Stones - $10
Smooth, heated stones are used to encourage muscle relaxation and ease areas of tension. The warmth helps promote circulation and allows muscles to soften more deeply during the session.
Hot stone therapy is not available for prenatal massage.

​

Cupping Therapy - $10
A gentle decompression technique that uses suction to lift the tissue rather than press into it. This can help release areas where muscles and connective tissue feel tight, restricted, or “stuck,” allowing for improved movement and circulation. Cupping is often used to address stubborn tension and support overall mobility in targeted areas.
Use of cupping will be assessed for appropriateness prior to the session.

Aromatherapy - $5
Essential oils are incorporated into the session to enhance relaxation and create a calming sensory experience. Scents are selected based on availability and personal preference, with attention to comfort and sensitivity.

Travel is already included in the listed price based on your service location, so you’ll always see the full cost upfront when booking. Services are not offered outside this service area.
